Amazing that God uses red blood🩸 to make a black heart 🖤white 🤍.
I'm reminded quite often that NOTHING washes away sins except Jesus's blood. No amount of prayers, offerings, or rituals will ever wash even a bit of a black sinful heart away.
But oh, the blood of Jesus.
Hebrews 10:10 - "By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all."
Unbelievers may search for peace through creating physical statues they call gods - ones they can see or touch - but just as fig leaves weren't a sufficient covering for Adam and Eve in the garden, man's made-up ways to cover their sins aren't sufficient either. The saddest thing is they don't know that peace with God can only be found through his blood.
How precious is the flow that covers white as snow.
