December 2025 Recap:
Coffee Milk Tea (Chinese): 10/10. This is one of my favorite drinks. Both the coffee and tea flavors are present, and the sweetness level is probably a 2/5 which is perfect. Even though it contains strong coffee and tea, it doesn't affect sleep at night.
This is a new food I tried: Egg Bubble Waffle. The waffle itself is not sweet, and the eggs have a few sauces on them which add just a hint of sweetness, making it the perfect blend. The flavor of the sauces actually reminds me a little of a Honduran sauce.
Here are a few paintings I did during December:
At the end of the month my family took a vacation to Pigeon Forge, TN.
We ate at the Old Mill the first evening. The food was good - I had the porkchops and they were cooked well without being dry and hard. They definitely give you a lot of food, so I recommend splitting.
This was our cabin for the week in the Alpine Mountain Village.
Looking out from the porch.
View from the balcony. The stay was 10/10 and a great time of refreshing relaxation.
Walked down this road and it led to a construction zone.
Look at this unbelievable view.
One evening we attended a dinner show at a Christian Dinner Theatre.
Saw these signs in the shop. 😅
Saw this place as my mom and I took a walk down the main highway. The people who created this restaurant have a sense of humor. The bull has a fish in its mouth. 😆
Look at that sky.
I don't remember the name of this hotel but isn't it gorgeous? We walked through the grounds.
Reminds me of German style.
We spent a day at Dollywood. This cup reminds me of the blessing we received. A sweet lady gave us 3 free tickets because she didn't need them, as well as a refillable cup.
If you've never tried Black Rifle Coffee, it is the bomb. Strong coffee without being too sweet.
Its strength may cause you to feel shaky, so I recommend eating with it. You're definitely able to add more milk to it without it becoming weak.
Only in Tennessee: 😄
I've never seen more creative buildings than in TN.
I can never take enough sky/landscape pictures. SO gorgeous.
And that's a wrap!
What was your favorite part of December?
