Attitude of Gratitude-Always Have a Thankful Heart. Day 14

Yeah! I am finally up to date on my posts! I have been so busy with school, so that's why I haven't been able to post everyday. It has been more like, every other day. :)
I am thankful for:
  • Weekends! I think my favorite days of the week are Saturday and Sunday. Everybody needs a break off of school or work sometime! I'm glad we have a day set apart where we can worship God, go to church, and just relax from the business of life.
  • Restaurants. I think my favorite fast-food restaurant is Chick-fil-a!  I also love breakfast places, such as Morning Glory Cafe.  (It's a cafe near us, and I love their breakfast...though, I haven't eaten there in a long time.
  • Raw cow milk. I had some raw cow milk recently, and it was a little different than what I'm used to. It was creamy. :)
What's your favorite day of the week?
                                                What's your favorite restaurant?
Have you ever had raw cow milk? Do you like it?

Have a lovely, good and godly night!
Walking with the King,
Ashley

  1. My favorite day of the week is probably Sunday. Yes, I'm thankful for those weekends too.

My favorite places to eat are Italian restaurants. And our family really loves Chick-fil-a too. What a great place!

We used to get raw cow's milk when we lived in Virginia. It was good! There are nutrients in the milk that we miss out on when we drink it pasteurized.

  2. I love weekends too--great to have a time to relax.
It's hard to beat Chick-Fil-A. Their sandwiches are just short of heavenly.

I tried raw cow milk when a friend who had a cow sent some home with us. Can't say I liked it though, it had a different taste. Often my folks will buy Hansen's milk (they have a dairy in Hudson, IA). Theirs is pasteurized but not homogenized, so the cream still rises to the top. It's usually pretty good.
